Agree with everything you said, but why can't tournaments be held on PC? Mods? Nice... you're lucky about that PC build. Did you go all out and get a 3d monitor or TV with it too? I don't think NRS has mentioned if MKX supports stereoscopic 3D like MK9, but I'm sure it will. What's the specs on your PC?NRS games are top tier on PC. Master race. I wish tourneys could held on PC, but I understand why they aren't. Hell, even MK9 looks next gen. I just built a top of the line PC so you're in for a hell of an experience. I'll be looking forward to playing games on PC witcha once this drops.
I don't even want to play the game on xb1 or ps4... but I have to, lol.
1. Unfortunately (but fortunate for me) I'm not a programmer, so I don't do that kind of work. That would be awesome though. Not only just for the job/pay... but I'd have some great training partners lolWoa hey let me ask u two things
1. If there was a job opportunity for a "network architect" would you qualify? A large business in Atl I do major contract work for as a producer is in serious need for a new one. Would need to know c+ and some languages
2. I may need to talk w you about which parts to get to build the PC and would be interested in paying you to help build possibly if this other guy bows out being too busy
I'm not into 3d gaming, so no on the 3d question. Also, tourneys cant be held on PC because TOs would have to have tons of PCs available for every setup which would be UNGODLY expensive, not to mention the level of expertise required to troubleshoot every single one of them in the event that something goes wrong.Agree with everything you said, but why can't tournaments be held on PC? CPU: Intel i7-5930k (overclocked to 4.4Ghz right now... could push it further if I wanted)
CPU cooling: Corsair H100i closed water loop
Motherboard: ASUS x99 deluxe
Memory: 16GB Corsair LPX PC2800
Vid card: EVGA Nvidia 980GTX
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB drive for OS/a few games
HDD: 2TB Western Digital Black for storage
Monitor: ASUS VG248qe - Replaced the old evo asus monitor
Well, I already had a keyboard, mouse, and the monitor. Everything else, including the case/power supply was about 2700 dollars. Also, I didn't go for 2 vid cards. A lot of top end gaming systems have 2 vid cards SLI'd together. But I figured I'd go for just 1 and if I ever needed another I could always add a 2nd. But all of the games I've played so far run on max settings. I don't play a lot of different games though. What kind of budget you thinking? What's an estimate on that

Pig what are you doing trying to fix people with good jobs? You are supposed to be a douchebag who only befriends EVO top 8 placers.1. Nice setup. Any specific reason you don't like 3d? Personally, I'm waiting on the 3d TV's that don't require glasses. Like the ones shown at CES this year.I'm not into 3d gaming, so no on the 3d question. Ah, that makes sense. That's cool dude. If you need any help on the PC build, let me know. Helping people build PC's is my thing!Collectors version and all plus I'm buying a new PC for it
To be fair I need a new PC for work so I'll write it off on my taxes . It'll be about as top of line as possible
Edit: collectors version for ps4 and xbone that is and maybe PC depending on what it is
Also I play one video game every 2-3 years so it works out lol
