What character gets you "scared" (so to speak) when they have meter.

When you see your opponent has 3 to 4 bars. You say too yourself "Oh Fuck!!"

That character for me is Doomsday. When he has meter I'm scared too move. Even if I block the Charge, what comes after is also "scary"!

Off of Sonic Pound, Flash can reach late 50% early 60% with a single bar..
Batman gets his vortex and 24% chip damage from MB Batarangs with meter, if he wants.
Lobo with meter and trait? have fun, 65% two bar, or safe, advantage on block hook charges.
