I wanted to wait until after we got some actual tournament footage post-patch before making any decisions on a top 10. It was tough. I had 19 potential top 10 characters I had to whittle down.
1. Catwoman - In addition to a top tier toolset which includes the game's best mobility along with mixups and safety off of everything, she still has her infamous b3 which by some absurd logic low profiles overheads starting on the third frame. This move alone makes some matchups almost completely unplayable.
2. Supergirl - I feel like some people are confusing learning the matchup really well due to the oversaturation of Supergirl players in this game with her being fair.
3. Black Adam - There is a precipitous drop from my top two characters to #3. Even though I have him as the third best character in the game, I still feel as though he is fair and well balanced. No wakeup options combined with the game's worst backdash means that at thr very least he loses the matchup somewhere, unlike Catwoman and Supergirl whose lack of weakness is glaring.

6.Superman
7. Red Hood
8. Batman
9. Firestorm
10. Manta
#'s 4-8 are so close they are essentially interchangeable, while 9 and 10 are on the fringe.
