Question What's in the 1.03 update?

I know this has nothing to do with sub zero but i was just wandering what is in the the 1.03 update? can someone tell me?

Only thing I know is that the desyncs have finally stopped, but there still comes the occasional disconnections and the pauses in action. Still, at least online is a bit more playable for me.

That's about all I've seen.
