Fisticuffs, i've been told on decent authority will not receive any changes, however if they change their mind, making b12 9frames with its current block adv and moderately higher startup on fist bump seems to be the general agreed upon proposed buffs by cage community.
SD could use a little love, it got the f34 buff in the last patch which helped but its still only usable over a-list in a single matchup.
If jumping normals are nerfed that alone will help cage immensely. Kotals ji2 is a mess in that matchup.
All the hit box/hurt box issues should really be fixed anyway. There is no real reason other than oversight (read: laziness) for them to exist in the first place. If highs are not meant to whiff on crouch blocking characters, then that's what should happen.It could do better in more
But the only buffs SD needs is either MRS to be made 13 frames like in the frame data to stop the character specific stance switch problem or greatly improve the hitbox of the move.
Make clones stay after a parry (wtf do they disappear?)
Fix 121 hitbox so it doesn't randomly whiff on crouching opponents

I'm confident an Ex Fistpump that came out faster, lasted long and was able to cancel into B1 on contact (not whiff)

If you think that mids that can be neutral ducked (the 4 of 114), highs that whiff on crouch blockers, stance specific combos and a next to useless variation are acceptable cons then I don't know what to tell you.He's fine.
