What do you prefer in Injustice than MK9 and vice versa

This isn't really a "vs" thread. This is just saying what we like about each game- actually quite interesting to see what people like about each game. No need to be cynical.

If I could have these things from each game in the next Mortal Kombat or Injustice, I'd want to see:

1) The practice mode of Injustice.
2) The way meter-management works in Injustice, and the universal uses of meter (clashes, pushblocking, and adding armor to b3/f3)
3) MK's walkspeed, blocking system, and footsies and dashes.
4) MK's tag team mode- I don't care if it has infinites or not, it's soooo fun!
5) MK's universal jump-punch and jump kick moves.
6) Injustice's universal b3 and f3, with the ability to burn meter to make it armored. This seems to universally reward players of any character for making a good read.
7) Also, keep Injustice's bounce cancels, but make them actually worth the meter you spend on them.... Maybe costs only 1 bar but scales more damage scaling?

Are ya' ready for MK11 kids?!
Injustice's armor distribution and training mode (and an online version for it) have been the no brainers, and will at least be more helpful at combating the eventual "under-the-radar top tiers" so to speak, so we wont have almost everyone doing nothing about F413, negative NDC strings and max range Kenshi specials for almost 18 months.

I actually hate pushblock, dashing out of pressure and countering with your own normals/pokes/specials usually have more thought to it since a back dash or a whiffed poke/normal can be punished on read.

MK9 > Injustice
Block Button
Dash cancelling
AA's
Bigger characters/smaller stages
More fun then injustice
Breakers

Injustice > MK9
Better Online
In game frame-data
Better practice mode

Apprentice
MK9 > Injustice

- Dash cancel
- No interactibles
- Round system
- No overhead dive kick
- No overhead air projectile
- Smaller screen size

Injustice > MK9

- No P1 advantage
- No meter drain glitch
- No input bug
- No unblockable resets
- Less chip damage on normals
- Frame data
- Practice mode
- Online

The only things I don't like about MK9: the practice mode, the nonexistence of trades outside projectiles, and I cannot MB B3 on reaction.

The only things I don't like about I:GAU: The imbalance of the top characters with the rest, one breaker, meter spend/gain flaws with individual character designs, and no Kratos.

Besides those, I think I like most things about MK9 and Injustice.

MK9 prefer

-Keepaway was much less stupid (Kabal and Kenshi were really the only ones), everyone had a fireball to trade, half the cast had a teleport, dash blocking. Injustice and it's combos that start 3/4 of the screen away are just dumb IMO. MK was much more of an upclose fighter and you had to take some risks.

-block button (stupid ambigious cross up's and size changing 3d hit boxes are pissing me off in injustice)

-Wake up system. Mk you could block and punish randomly thrown out yolo wake ups, Injustice not so much, way too easy to get them to work and so many are safe on block.

-breaker system

Injustice prefer

-trait (adds a unique feature to the game)

-trades

-no player 1 advantage nonsense.

-screen transitions are neat, interactables are alright but they do too much damage.

-OH YEAH no fatalities, those got boring after the first 2 weeks.

Play Monster Hunter!
MK

Much better looking
Smaller stages
Dash cancels
Cyrax
Less awkward game pace
More combo variety... at least for combo videos

IGAU

Way cooler characters, more interestingly designed as well
Only one combo breaker
No rounds
F3/B3
Meter burn
Back to Block
Completely unique normals
No sheeva
Better UI and presentation
Less stupid throw teching

Flagg

Champion
Mk: better dashing, better stages, no interactables, cooler moves, combo breaker, better meter system, better mobility

Igau: nicer looking, universal armour, traits, different arial attacks, no fatalities, better training mode, decent online mode

I intend to say only what hasn't already been said.

Dear deities, why must Injustice characters stand back up before falling to their knees again when being KOd.
I saw this in the old trailers, assuming it would be changed later- as its actually one of the stupidest things I've ever seen- so I said nothing then, and am now regretting not doing so.

Kombat Kodes and more ways to play are amazing. Variety, and some joke modes, like quick uppercut recovery, and Tag, and TestYourLuck.
This stuff was awesome and is sorely missed by all.

Injustice "super flashes" are unimmersive and illogical. I know they give people time to block before supers come out, but they just don't make sense.
They freeze space time, but the flash isn't and bring us out of the action.

A big part of hype is being overwhelmed by the actions that are happening on screen. These flashes give us two seconds to digest everything that's happening. The transition out of then back into gameplay is not smooth with these.

Mortal Kombat's character entrances did a cool camera pan into the action, instead of a sudden switch.
I liked that.

Injustice meter-burning and clashing is awesome, as are all the new practice and online practice stuffs.
We need more ways to play, though. Survivor isn't enough. Team battles, tag, kombat kodes.

>>R2 - BF4 = Unblockable.
Only thing IGAU has over MK9 is that people play it. It's like comparing Miley Cyrus's ass to Shakira's. Everybody is talking about the former, but I just want to play with the latter. :p
This describes how I feel about IGAU and MK9 perfectly, that being said;

MK9 over IGAU

- General movement feels better
- Characters are way cooler
- Story mode
- Challenge tower over star labs
- Breaker system to clash
- Round system
- Starting with a bar of meter

IGAU over MK9

- Training mode is much better
- Character classes are a really interesting design choice
- Every character having a general armour move
- Prefer the delayed button press for EX moves
- Online feels a little better
