What do you prefer in Injustice than MK9 and vice versa

- Block button
- Dash cancel
- Combo breaker

IGAU over MK9 :
- Interactables
- Pushblock
- Meter burn system
- Tech throw system

For me:

I like both health systems. Doesn't matter to me.
Back to block > block button.
Dash cancelling >>> non-cancellable dashes.
Clash > breakers.
No interactables > interactables, I love some of them (mainly the ones that give extra mobility/combo ability) but I prefer to just focus on the characters' tools.
Pushblock > no pushblock.
Injustice MB system > MK's.
Kabal is more tolerable than Superman, but both suck.
Injustice online >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> MK online
MK wins in the visuals department hands down.
MK9 story mode >>> Injustice story mode.
Injustice's practice mode is a million times better than MK's.
Challenge Tower > Shit Labs.

i prefer block button mainly cause mk9 was the first fighter i took seriously , im learning back to block slowly but surely

Mk9 i like the design more, the general dark theme that makes it a mk game.
But for the technical part i like injustice more. I actually like the dashing system more in injustice then in mk9 but that only changed recently.
I cant decide wether i like the lifebar more for mk9 or injustice.

i prefer igau's training mode (and online training), push block, backdash invincibility, back to block and only one breaker (not the wager in its entirety but i don't hate it) per match.

MK9 bops igau on everything else personally, but i'm biased because i love the MK universe and not so much the DC universe

  • The wealth of arcade mode types. Truly enjoy how many variations on the classic Arcade ladder format they have.

MK9
  • longer story mode
  • The Krypt felt more exciting than the Archives. Felt like I had more rewards for playing longer MK9 than the archives make me feel in IGAU
  • WAY less emphasis on zoning/in and out combat. Much more in your face
  • dash cancels
  • no interactibles
  • better looking stages
  • Tag mode

derp, can't believe i forgot these. i just wish projectiles would clash with eachother, hopefully the next FG nrs makes has that.
You talkiing about projectile nullification like when two hadokens cancel out in Street Fighter? Because that would be nice so long as it doesn't turn into a 90 count fireball match like Ryu mirrors in SF or something. If they go into changing projectiles they should look at KoF XIII. Its projectiles, their recovery and how they build meter for both is setup in such a way that you dont use them to stay out, but have to use them to go IN. If they could manage that kind of Projectile strategy in their next game it'd be awesome.

MK had a smaller screen size > Mile long screen size.

The huge screen is the bane of my Grundy's and Lex's existences. I spend such a painstaking amount of time cornering a BA while eating 200 lighting bolts in chip only for him to fly away and have to do it all over again :(

MK9:
-Dash cancelling
-Block button
-Overall brighter, and aesthetically pleasing graphics
-No trades
-Tag team
-Unlockable characters
-Contains more uniqueness in gameplay, where as Injustice is more of a combo of several games.

Injustice:
-Better details on certain areas, such as the pupil's on the characters.
-Better hair physics(still not great, but definitely better than MK9).
-Character trait button
-More interesting Story Mode
-GREAT amount of DLC
-Cycles through alternate costumes in Arcade Mode(s)
-Several alterations of Arcade mode, giving good Replay Value
-Slightly better Online(still rather mediocre though)
-Cool UI on the character Select Screen
-WBID, and the unlockable content connected with the iOS APP.

Overall, I like MK9 better but Injustice is absolutely an AWESOME fighting game, and I hope there is a sequel :D
