What dlc characters do you want to see in injustice 2?

Yeah, I didn't know that Angela got sold to Marvel until I started talking to my cousin about what quest characters might be in INJ2. I figured since Spawn is most likely in that Angela would have a chance but I figured out real quick that wasn't likely.

The Angela comics is what got me interested in comics and were my first comics along with the Violator comics. So I had so many mixed emotions about finding out she is now a Marvel character and rebooted as Thor's sister,Ha!?

I mean on one hand I'm glad she is still a relevant comic book character and her connections to my favorite Marvel team The Guardians of the Galaxy is cool. However on the other hand she had been redesigned a lot and my hope of having her in her original form along with Spawn in a fighting game is kind of crushed.

Still at least there is a chance for her to be in Marvel vs Capcom Infinite along side some of my other Marvel favorites like The Guardians of the Galaxy,Dare Devil,Fin Fang Foom, and Night Crawler if X-men character get into it.


Edit: Back on topic. I would be really surprised if NRS don't use some of the most requested DC characters and big name guest characters as cash grab DLC content like

I really hope they do. Offering DLC without showing people what comes with it is a really hard sell I think. There needs to be at least some reveals of what characters are coming as DLC to get people interested in purchasing the DLC.

I keep wondering if the 9 DLC characters will balanced out. Like 3 heroes,3 villains, 3 guest characters.
If thats the case I would like:
Wave 1; Starfire,Black Manta, Subzero
Wave 2: Constantine, Captain Boomerang, Spawn
Wave 3: Mera, Deathstroke, Rorschach.

He just doesn't seem all that popular. That said, his use in the Injustice Year 1 comic was excellent.

We only know 28 of the 31 launch characters so the below could change.

1. Spawn - guest got to have one and he's Badass!!!
2. Shao Kahn - Captain Cold / Mr. Freeze why add Sub-Zero?
3. Doomsday - Awesome (Imagine his Gear)
4. Beast Boy - Shang Tsung with Animals
5. Black Manta - Highly requested
6. Starfire - Complete the Teen Titans
7. Red Hood - Most Requested
8. Constantine - Swamp Thing & Dr. Fate need him
9. Penguin - Could use different Umbrellas (Fire, Ice & Gas)

Premier Skins for:
1. Superman / Bizarro / Zod
2. Hal Jordan / John Stuart / Jessica Cruz
3. Damian Wayne / Night Wing

I'd like more female characters but really whose well know that's left?

I think those six are guaranteed. The other three are anyone's guess.

In terms of what's actually likely to happen I think:

1. Sub-Zero. Scorpion sold like a motherfucker, EB said that they are likely to do another MK guest and it won't be Scorpion. Sub-Zero is by far the most popular other than Scorpion. Raiden, Cage, and Liu Kang are the only other MK characters that stand a decent change in place of Sub-Zero.

2. Spawn. Similar reasons to Sub-Zero, guests sell well.

3. Red Hood. Did really well in his poll. Even tho he's my least favorite Batman character I'm still down to have him in the game.

4. Starfire. I think she did well in her poll as well.

Imo there will be a few of the DLC characters that are redone versions of Injustice 1 characters. Most likely ones being Deathstroke, Doomsday, or Nightwing as they all are gonna be in a DC movie. Deathstrokes gonna be in Batman, Nightwing has a movie coming and will probably cameo in Batman. Doomsday was in BvS and will probably be back for something.

Other ones I have no clue, could be anyone. Maybe Steppenwolf since he is going to be the Justice League villian or maybe another apacolyopse character.

Out of the MK characters you mentioned, who do you personally think could be designed the best to play Injustice?

I feel like Raiden could have some really cool moves and animations, maybe his trait could incorporate his electric traps from Master of Storms variation, then @STB Shujinkydink could never let Raiden go.

But on the other hand Sub Zero could incorporate his Klone or Icy Puddle for trait to trap opponents.

Brawler characters like Liu and Cage don't have a chance to make it I think.

I think Sub or Raiden would be the be the best fit for Injustice. Sub and Cage are the only MK characters I have an interest in using but I don't think a Cage archetype would be a good fit for Injustice. Sub had a lot of options for the trait. It could be a derivative of the Unbreakable aura which makes him take less damage, or it could buff up his ice based attacks, or it could be the klone. I think a hybrid between MK9 Sub and Unbreakable Sub would be a great fit for Injustice 2. He needs to have the klone btw, Sub isn't Sub without it.

Well the best superman villain is without a doubt Lex luthor, as he's involved in some fantastic storylines(like superman for all seasons, or superman birthright for example) and is the great foil to the invulnerable god from another world as hes just a regular man. If you can find it I would suggest reading "Lex Luthor: Man of Steel" as its a mini series set entirely from lex's point of view and how he is the hero(in his own eyes) and superman is slowly eroding mankinds ability to solve its own problems.

That said Superman doesn't have a lot of great villains where he just goes out and punches and kicks them in the face as that's not what makes him a good character. Supermans best stories are the ones where he is an inspirational figure and does whats right without throwing a single punch (Like Superman: Peace on Earth).

For punch/kick Villains, the list goes Zodd, Doomsday, Mongul, Darkseid, Bizzarro, Brainiac, Lex(in a suit usually), and then really drops off with the B team guys like Parasite or Metallo.


Basically what I am saying is batman sucks and we don't need anymore bat characters.

This post was probably way more than what was needed!
Brainiac is in the game right now and some combo of zodd/doomsday/lex will make it back as dlc. Bizzaro should just be an alt skin so now I know who needs to be added is
