What dlc characters do you want to see in injustice 2?

The only other DC character that I would to be in the game is Animal Man. Although a grown up Maxine fully powered as an avatar of The Red or even Vixen would be really awesome too.

As for guest characters besides Spawn I would like to see The Tenth and Hellboy. I would say Angela but she is a Marvel character now.

Love Animal Man. I think Vixen would probably be more visually striking for a fighting game, but Buddy's great. Either way, someone should represent The Red with two representatives of The Green present and talking about it.

I agree! I've never really been into DC comics before but back when the first Injustice game got announced I decided to do some research with the New 52 line. I ended up really enjoying Animal Man,Swamp Thing,The Red Lantern Corps and the mythos behind them. So seeing The Red get representation now that The Green has two representatives in the game would be hype for me.

Even though Animal Man is my favorite Super Hero now I would just be happy to see someone like Vixen represent The Red in the game. I also think it would be cool to see either Anton Arcane or Abigail Arcane for The Rot in the game too. That way there could be references to the New 52 crossover Rotworld that I still think is one of the best things to come out of the New 52 and would make for an epic DC movie.

I love Sub Zero more than anyone.
But keep him in MKX.
Why would I want Sub Zero in a game where I can't do brutalities or fatalities on someone?
It also takes away the specialness that can be Captain Cold.

Well, my counterpoint is that I don't care too much about DC (grew up a Marvel boy) except for a few characters (most DC characters are too powerful to be relatable IMO, I mostly like characters from Batman's stories) and the main reason I'm getting the game is that I really like the developer a lot (that and the inclussion of Poison Ivy) so the more characters I actually like that the devs can put in because they own the rights, the best.

I always thought it would be cool to have V from V For Vendetta. I know he died in the graphic novel, but bringing an alternate universe version of him that despises Supermans tyranny would be amazing.

I know it will never happen, but I bet that character would sell.

Trait idea: Have him go off on a polical rant for about 10 seconds, it will either drain opponents meter or build his own unless he is silenced by being hit.

Angela is owned by Marvel now, through a deal with Neil Gaiman. I'm hoping she might make it to MvCI though, they've been pushing her at Marvel (she's Thor's long-lost sister now).

What? you just blew my mind can't imagine Todd Macfarlane selling off his characters after that issue of Spawn that ripped on every writer or artist who sold they're successful characters. (Thanks for the info though )

She doesn't belong to McFarlane. Gaiman sued him for rights to the character and won, and then sold her to Marvel.

This may have already been discussed, but I was hoping that someone could give me a solid answer, so the roster (initially speaking) is going to be 28 characters? Because I have seen rumors flying around that it was going to be 30?
So does that mean the total amount of characters in the game is 40, 38, or 37? And do the 9 DLC's include Darkseid?

Regardless, as for DLC I would only like Starfire IF AND ONLY IF they gave her the personality from the animated series. Otherwise it would be a waste in my opinion to give her a slot that could easily be taken by someone with more influence.

1 pre-order on-disc DLC (Darkseid).
9 DLC characters TK.

39 total (30 base w/Darkseid, 9 DLC), unless the leak list is incomplete or there's more DLC after Darkseid and the 9 other characters (seems unlikely). 42 if you count the three 'premier skins' (Power Girl, John Stewart, Reverse-Flash), of which there may be more TK.

Mera's going to be in the Justice League movie, so she'd be a sensible tie-in for WB, and Black Manta is already a stage transition, which would be awkward if he were a DLC character -- Manta punches Manta? If we get an Aquaman villain I bet it's Ocean Master, who's planned as the villain for the Aquaman movie.

Of my list I feel like she, Vixen and Star Sapphire are the most likely.

I still feel it's criminal Captain Atom is never considered for the roster in speculation threads. He's a prominent DC character who's powers and personality would be an ideal fit for Injustice.

Black Canary actually did not die. She was about to and Dr. Fate saved her and took her to another dimensions. Where she could be save. Everyone thought she did die though in the comic.
