First of all, keep it nice in here or the thread will get closed...

Second, do we have confirmation that Detroit is even going to NEC? This entire thing is kind of determined by this one tiny, itsy bitsy little detail...

Lastly, keep in mind that we have a HUGE weekend of MK at NEC, and that the crew who runs MK at NEC(myself, shock, summoning, dark rob, and a few others) are also usually responsible for running Killer Instinct as well.

To summarize the games:
MK9
MK2
UMK3
Killer Instinct

MK9 is a 1-2 day event... usually 2 day if we want the top 8 on Spooky's stream...
MK2 and UMK3 both happen on Sunday, same for KI.

If we do Detroit vs. VSM, it will have to be Sunday after we stream MK2 and UMK3 because it's definitely an event we would want streamed.

You always have to figure a major to be 2 days, especially for a main game like MK9. Right now, the main 3 games at just about any NE game are AE, MVC3 and MK9... so you will usually see those games go 2 days... Day 1 - Pools, Day 2 - Top 8.

None of the NY guys have ever spoken ill of the Arizona scene, to my knowledge.

Most players want to get good at the game so they can win a major, and say "lol I'm good"
