I would, because as I keep mentioning, it's inexcusable to resort to glitches to defeat someone.

I'm aware that there have been balancing problems with the game since launch, but is not like it's their fault at all people find crap like this. It's totally their fault if they don't fix it soon, so I'll have to wait to see what they do.

Unless the tournament does not have a rule banning glitches, then it's fair game. I saw someone use reptile's invisible forceball glitch at EVO and that player wasn't banned. If you are offended from his messages, or his tea bagging then you can report him for that reason, but not because of this glitch.
Stop making excuses to cover NRS's incompetentcy. They allowed this to happen.

This would not be accepted at a tournament as it is:
A. Performed intentionally (unlike Reptile's glitch)
B. It freezes the opponent therefore able to let time expire, something on a completely different level from combat mechanic glitches/infinites/whatever
C. There aren't any tag tournaments.

You're missing the point. No one signed an agreement with you online banning the use of glitches. NRS did not make an announcement on the message of the day banning this glitch. The moment someone starts to becomes deparate to win, they will use this glitch. As long as there is someone online that wants to win, this glitch will continue to impair the online experience for other players.
It must be stopped at the source, which is NRS. Until then that person (as well as many others who have seen the video) is free to abuse this glitch as long as NRS does not patch it. It's their fault for not properly testing their game.

How come you guus always talk trash about online? Its a major part of the game. Iy may noy be used at tourneys and such, but its important nonetheless.

I think Storms was referring to it being an online-only bug performed by some kind of lagswitch exploit, hence why he thanked Tomas for pointing out the vid of it done in practice mode.

I have been victorious over II Bryan II. His Cyrax could never capture me so maybe that is why he was left with a loss after the match was done. I have only encountered him once and nearly scored a double flawless victory. Kano has too big of an advantage over Cyrax and his Kung Lao is weak.​

There were some glitches that were discovered on Day 1 of its release.

What's your point? Glitches are glitches and games that have been out longer still have glitches in them. See; MvC3's Deadpool Trish Trap glitch that still exists and won't even be patched out with UMVC3 around the corner.

A fix in the next patch for Certain projectiles being able to get Kano stuck frozen at the very last frame of his airball also resolves this issue. (eta:whoknows.dontask)
