12, 22, f2 it doesn't exactly matter which you use since they're all 15 frames of Hit. I would recommend 12 or 22 over f2 since youll build more meter on block from the other two.

But they wouldn't be able to block it because you do it during a combo...

Or are you talking about followups after the BS4c?

Won't it be faster to just do BS~3(the immediate cancel option)?

The unblockable bait is part of it, but also I think it takes longer to do the immediate cancel (haven't tested it tho), I think to just straight cancel he has to rev the saw up, whereas going into stance 4 you can do almost instantly after the move starts.
