Breakthrough - Reptile Universal anti-forceball stop tech

Fresh from Kit2016, there were some interesting glitches found, and I just so happened to recreate this one. Not exactly sure how it happens on hit, but on block it seems to be when you move towards the ball and block it low. @colt

EDIT: This seems to happen irregardless if It hits or is blocked when you ex stop a regular slow forceball and throw out another regular slow forceball. Can't seem to get this to work with fast forceball or EX forceballs.

No I'm talking about someone getting frozen by the clone but then can block the follow up combo. Like here at 2:16
