Honestly, I'd have to play both of you to gauge if you belong in the same level of division. Then I have to see how many divisions there will be(minimum of 3 as of now).

the reason i asked was because on umk3 on the DS people from eurpe can onlyplay people from europe all due to the PAL NTSC thingy.

I don't think that's true at all... I know I've been able to play people on the DS from Europe.

I play people from Europe all the time, so I don't think this is an issue.
