Tyrant/Grundy discussion

I mean I understand if the command grab will end a round/match but I've seen several situations where he would have netted more damage/gained a life lead etc by going for a reset.

I guess he didn;t want to risk it. I shouldn;t speak for him though...I don;t know

Grundy is a character who can go into a bad matchup and still be okay simply because he can catch one opening and get a life lead and force you to come to him, which is near suicide.

It makes him so weird, because going purely off the matchup numbers, he shouldn't be nearly as successful as he can be.

I feel like his overall tools are just so bad.... but then you rip off a 65% combo, which oh by the way stops all your chip damage, and then i don't feel so bad.

His overall tools could be worse. Way worse. In fact, he has it good. Just the game is designed to properly deal with this stuff.

He's like Cyrax, only him landing a combo makes it harder for you to even mount a comeback.

I disagree with Flash entirely. Ive played AK Harold allot and he says its 5-5 or Grundy Favor. I tend to agree

i know this isn't a MU thread, but this interests me since Tyrant and I both agree with it being in flash's favor. If you care to elaborate as to why you think so or tag me elsewhere i'd like to hear it
