I hope tournament mode doesnt mean no gear. I really grew onto the idea of gear, because it makes everything more unique. Like Ed said, every character you encounter will be different. When i watch Injustice tournaments, I don't want every character to look exactly the same, especially if there are no alt costumes, which would be a tragedy.

This was just addressed. characters will still be customized but the stats will be turned off..

The costume changing the character all together he is mentioning, is most likely still just appearance, but with different voices and whatnot, the movetset will most likely remain the same.

Seriously after these big announcements, namely the GGPO, tournament mode, and these fantastic looking characters....If you are not yet hyped for this game then I have no clue what will get the job done.

Not saying you have to do anything, so calm ya nerves. But you getting depressed over a character reveal when there's 30+ characters in the game, is pretty crazy. No need to be emo in a thread meant for hyping the game.

Well since they didn't announce the PC version along side the PS4/XBO versions, maybe that means that they are trying to take their time and make sure it actually comes out as a good game -- and not rushed like MKX PC.
