The notable addition in the home versions of Street Fighter IV are eight unlockable and playable characters not available in the arcade version. Seth and Gouken, computer-played characters in the arcade,[31] and six characters from other Street Fighter games were added, to a total of 25 characters, all of them playable. The introduced characters are Dan, Fei Long, Sakura, Cammy, Gen, and Rose.

There is no way this game is more unbalanced than MK, because when it came down to it, MK was ruled by the KKK, and nobody else.

I really HATE when people say this. MK wasn't ruled by the KKK, MK was ruled by Kabal. There were tons of characters that could hang with Kenshi and Kung Lao. Cyrax beat Kung Lao, and went 5-5 with Kenshi (in some people's opinion, Cyrax beat Kenshi as well.) Skaret went even with Kenshi and Kung Lao. Smoke could give them both good fights. There are tons of characters that at least go 4-6 against them and don't get completely destroyed by them.

Kabal ruled MK, NOT Kung Lao and Kenshi. Kung Lao isn't even top 3 on the tier list in my opinion, so he couldn't rule the game alongside Kabal and Kenshi anyways. Kung Lao loses to Cage, Kabal, Cyrax, and Kitana. Kung Lao doesn't rule shit lol. Cyrax had no bad matchups at all except Kabal and he beat almost every other character in the game, I would put Cyrax at the #2 spot or #3 spot way before I put Kung Lao there.

When I play as Harley I have no problems with Catwoman, Grundy or anyone B and below. Deathstroke is about 60/40 in my favor, depending on how well they zone, but she can get over it and inside. He is open to full punish from her frequently. As Harley it's a pretty fair fight with batman and superman. Aquaman has advantage if he's a "runaway" type player. Black Adam isn't a problem, and I haven't seen enough cyborg to give it a good estimate. She's definitely AT LEAST A if not A+

You need a wake-up call if you think Harley is anywhere near as good as characters in A+ tier. She may have even match-ups with some of them, but she definitely has more bad match-ups than you give credit for.

I do concede that I'm no "pro", bud I do feel I'm at least better then average, as I tend to do well against most anyone. I also concede that Harley isn't known to many out there, which gives her advantages because people don't know the match-up yet. I'm waiting for that day to come, and I recognize that most high skilled players or "pros" are going to capitalize on every opportunity to the fullest. She has her weaknesses that's for sure, most don't know where they are. I'm also speaking from my experience with a handful of my friends, and frequent KOTH/ranked/player matches, who aren't exactly "pros", and I see very few of certain characters online, so I will concede that I don't know some specific match-ups to the full extent. Online is also in a different field from offline as well( I don't have anyone to play offline with). So, in that world I imagine I'm way off to a degree. My whole point is with the many games I've played with her, she only has problems with a few, instead of the many that the list suggests.

I don't play online. I only play offline with my local scene in Atlanta which is players like Pig of the Hut, Smarrgasm, etc. She's not as bad as this tier list asserts, but she is not nearly as good as you think. Deathstroke is far better than her at zoning - she can only compete with her pistol that deals 4% damage and whiffs on crouch. A good DS forces Harley to approach like any other character, and she only has silly slide > TS or system mechanics to help her. It is even at best.

Her biggest weakness by far, though, is her midrange game. She can not compete with characters who out footsie her and Aquaman is by far the worst of it.

EDIT: Yup I was right lol, I agree that A tier is the right spot for her. She's pretty solidly in the middle of the pack.

yes I your right I havnt tested it against any Deathstroke offline, online it seem to have better recovery, same as low shots

i think overtime this game is going to become more rushdown oriented... all the zoners are beatable (especially superman) deathstroke will always be good because the stage advantage he gets from his zoning and some of his tools and sinestro's trait is op.... but besides tat i think we'll see a rushdown oriented game develop, characters mixup games will be huge...

flash and sinestro are going to become higher tiered imo, especially if they buff sinestro

I think she is higher then A tier, A+ from my perspective. Her footsie game isn't as bad as you put out, she has plenty of overhead/low stuff that can string right into TS. She even has a few starters from mid range into TS, or silly slide and more pressure.

I would agree with you about Aquaman, he's a turd. His trait is annoying for Harley's BNB., and his pokes are ridiculous.

As far as Harley's mid range game I think it can create a great pressure game with her air shot(hits overhead) and her cupcake bombs(hits overhead), or MB on either of those. Plus the threat of silly slide into TS, or into regular shot or up shot.

With regards to getting in on Deathstroke, he can push you back, but not for too long. Using Harley's air shot gives her the advantage to move in over his shots (if timed right). when you play enough Deathstrokes you find it's not that hard to time, and to get in. At mid range the air shot is a punish against DS shots(standing). Granted, I'm playing online and not against "pros".
