Does anyone know if they clarified whether the damage scaling is only off of lightning cage? If so I agree, aside from his day 1 bnb, I always felt like I've been getting way too much reward for landing a reversal. Instead of stopping pressure and knocking down it always gives me an additional 40% + damage bonus which is dumb. His B23 bnbs get almost as much with trait and they are much safer to throw out anyway.

I don't think they clarified anything.

I suspect they'll tweak the orbs of seth to actually increase scaling.
