Kabal's F4 should either no longer be special cancellable and a lot less advantage or no longer leave them standing.
Scorpion's D3 should be at least +3 on hit and maybe more on crouch hit
Nightwolf's F3 being low wouldn't make a difference in the world lol
Jade is still a mess, Kitana's F2, 1 should be -5 along with Cutter
Kung Lao and Freddy are fine as is. Just some things i'd change if I had it my way which obviously isn't happening
Cyrax, Smoke and Jax still need it (resets)
