Yeah, after saying your setup loses to Delayed Wakeup it made me go back to mine and tweak it. So now I use f3, but delay it based on their delay. I set the AI to do random wakeups attacks and random delays.

Rocket cooldown is too high and you recommending Goro and Cyrax? Those are even higher, Up Punch has 23 second cooldown and Horizontal Kopter has 24, at best Cyrax has similar cooldowns to Up Rocket (16 seconds) and 14 and 15 seconds on moves that work differently to it (Self Destruct and Vertical Kopter)
