I don't think you understand how difficult it would be to get that significant life lead against a top Cage player. There's no denying that he beats her up close, and you're going to have to be in his face unless he's a dumbass that thinks iaf's are candy. I thought Kitana owned Cage before, then I played Maxter who actually knew zoning isn't a big deal and Kitana can't do shit but d1 you between strings.

You need to condition your opponent to crouch unguarded whit the normal fans and the iafs once hes semy close and conditioned he most likely will eat a full combo whit f21 iv done it many times agains our contrys top Cage he might not be as good as curbo but hes definitelly good getting a life lead is not that hard also doing instant fly to check him so he defends crouched then just recklessly spam crap and fly away.
Why does cage need to jump when in the range that d1 will aa? BTW jump kick blows that up, and cage gets a knee into nut punch of jump kicks. Again I'm not very familiar with kano but outside of knives what does he have once cage gets in? Also is ex knives just to do chip and keep him out?

F21? A good cage will see that from miles away and will already be walking back for the b3 whiff punish. Kitana can't win by trying to condition cage to crouch.
It just sounds like cage has way more than kano when he gets in, and he will. What's your opinion on the match 7-3? 6-4?

Re-read my post. I clearly stated that It's not hard to get in on Reptile when you need to.Armor through forceballs and spit has shit recovery.

Because Cage will eventually get in on Reptile. f3 does outspeed d4, d4 xx acid hand is not foolproof with acid hand being -4 on block. Reptile's non-EX projectiles have no pushback and aren't that fast. And Cage advances way too fast. Reptile's lucky he has armor and a 6f special that knocks down. Otherwise Cage would be winning this matchup easy.
So reptile guesses right in any of those situations and he gets a dash and can get out. If a dash is baited he eats a combo into more block pressure. I wouldn't suggest trying to poke out of cages pressure with reptile either.
