no i still think hes just outside top 15 or something. nomad dash so punishable, projectile is slow and his normals arent great. his xray sucks too kevo is just really good

No. Netherrealm will release a patch that adds this to Kabal's character design.

TBH he's below characters with true in-game rivals/partners such as SZ & Scorp, Sektor & Cyrax, Kung Lao & Liu Kang etc.

The Kabal/Stryker relationship is too weak for him to be top 5
