I just dont see how you can make anybody block low against that variation.....The fact that the low grab doesnt not connect after F12 is absurd...How would you guys feel if we split off into Variation general discussions?
Also, Ravenous mains...I need your help. I am trying to learn this variation (for variety). I know all the tick throw setups, but what are you doing for setups, how are you encorporating b12 1+2 (are you?) and what is your general gameplan.
From what I understand from my limited testing is I want to condition my opponent to block low and start abusing pounce so I can use my pokes, and my strings. 2~low pounce is a tick on block. 21 is a low. I see that as the only true 50/50 in the variation exclusives (sans ex roll mixups which are unversal). HOWEVER, I do see that high pounce is only -7 on block making it quite safe against a lot of the cast.
Am I supposed to be pressuring with strings and mixing on the high pounce at the end to make them respect it then go into low pokes?
Anyone have some ravenous gameplay? I see potential, but im still in the early stages of wrapping my head around the meta.

One thing that will fix the variation is the "High" grab being actually a low ....and possibly make F12 connect into the "Low" grab on block...Compared to E. they literrally jsut nerfed raiden for this "bug" out side of a combo each dagger does 1 percent. in a combo weather it be 100 hits each one does 1 percent. this was the raiden "bug" it should be nerfed and will be soonI don't think it has been unless someone else has noticed a stealth nerf in B21-2+4? The problem is the Low grab not working. F1,2,B4 should be enough to make people block low, as it leads to full combo. That's interesting and good to know. In addition to that there is a gap in her B124 string where you can roll between 2 and 4.Okay so. Against Cassie I found something interesting with her mixup game.
When you block all 3 hits of her f33, its punishable with Roll. Even tho the game says its -8. But thats only if all 3 hits are blocked. Blocking only the last hit or the last 2, its safe.
The Cassie player can however make all 3 hits safe if spaced right.

Offline i bet you can react to b124 and armor in between the string. Online its a different story.
