i think there is value in using f212 f212 rc 112 EX db1 2xBF3

that way you can decide later in the combo to spend the bar to go from 30% to 37% to close out a round or whatever since thats pretty much the only time i use it.

... For some reason 2 never crossed my mind. I guess it's time to remove that JIK combo and replace it with this.

although i use 2 a lot online when im trying to do lazy/easy combos since it move you forward so much. like:

Can anyone confirm if these are hitbox specific combos? I am struggling to hit them against Mileena. Cutthroats whiffs at ball, the first Cyber whiffs at the 1+3 at the end, and the second Cyber whiffs at B132+4

After VIGOROUS testing, as in it took me fucking forever to land the combos never mind on males, this is what I've got:

I can't get the Cutthroat one to land on Mileena since the 2 in 112 whiffs but I can get it on Kung Lao so it probably is hitbox dependent.
I can't even get the B131+3 to land on males, that shit is near impossible. Maybe I'm timing my NJP wrong? I can't land this one.
Managed to land it on Kung Lao eventually after getting the timing on the second B312 and B132+4MB right but it looks like it is hitbox dependent since the 3 in B132+4MB seems to whiff on Mileena for me every time.

Is it me but those cannon ball cancel combos are mighty hard to do. Is it time dependent for the cannonball cancel or is it just me messing up?

I'm with @Skylight1 how are you supposed to do ex ball cancel njp? I can not do it to save my life...

I can do the cancel into a normal string but the njp eludes me.

You guys see the videos? It's tough, but hardly impossible.
The thing is I could do all those combos... with the proper practice that is but one thing that sits, that cannonball (whether in combo or not), just won't come out of for me.
 
@DougDFC This might sound stupid for a Combo thread, but the general discussion thread is such a long ramble from launch that I have no idea where to even start looking, but it would be cool to see a text summary of what you get with each variation and maybe a little strategy rundown. Been playing some Cybernetic and am feeling lost when my opponent wakes up since Cybernetic doesn't have an overhead.

When your opponent wakes up? Gotta make the right read and block. If you are talking about midscreens I would maintain proper spacing, so wake ups are not an issue. But if it's in the corner, either block or counter with an ex move of your own. Ex ball into cancel or ex knives work well.

If you fear the wakeup that much you could always end your combos in Kano's restand. It's one of the best parts of cybernetic.

Throws. If you think the opponent is going to wakeup then block and punish accordingly or punish it in whatever way you can if it's not punishable on block, but if you think they're just going to sit and block your attack you throw them. But when you've conditioned them to accept that you're going to throw them then you start using his B31 more.

Like @Youphemism said block and punish and def mix in throws. Lately I have been working on my spacing and b13 works really well at catching missed jumps. Kano has a good back dash and walk speed use it to your advantage. Move around and make your opponent make mistakes
 
ill just leave some of the buff cancel combos i put in the previous thread if you want to add:

Corner
B12xx DD3EX, 112xx DB1EX, Njp, B312, 112xx BF3 (64%)
B12xx DD3EX, 112xx BF3EX cancel, B312, B312, 112xx BF3 (63%)

and the one @JustObserver pointed out in the same thread

B12 xx DD3EX, 112 xx DB1EX, 4 xx DB1, 112 xx BF3 - 65%

It's not easy, but the one frame link is still harder. Here's a video.

also i like this midscreen :D

@DougDFC Any tips on landing commandos b312-b312-112-dbf4? I can never get the 112 to connect, by the time the second b312 has recovered, the dummy is too low down.
