Meterless Corner-

Midscreen 1 Bar
1. B31 xx DB1, B23 EX 2+4, Dash, NJP, Walk Foward, 11, B12 1+3- 31%

I think this is optimal off the overhead for one bar in the corner.

B+1,2,1 - Knife Toss - 1,1,2 - EX Blade Slice - J.1 - 3,2 - Kano Ball 40%

Commando corner combos
B312, 32xxxDF2MB, 112, Enders:
Both Kano balls 40%
Choke 40%
Rib strike 43%
Power Slam 44%
Note: Burns a bar but give commando needed damage. You have to delay the 32 a little or the ex knifes won't hit.

I have serious issues landing Cutthroat f2,1,2 - f2,1,2 - run cancel - 1,1,2 - ex bladeslice... I don't even know what's the max dmg follow-up after that without spending any more meter (midscreen without walls).

If anyone has issues landing f2,1,2 - f2,1,2 - f4 x kanoball (I know I do) you can just do run cancel into uppercut instead of the f4-kanoball for easy 28%.

Edit: The right moment to do your inputs after f2,1,2 is when you hear the sound as well as see him putting the knives back on his back. Damn I miss Tekken's combo system and MK9 combos, the timing on MKX is extremely strict.

Edit2: The practice mode should have a hit analys tool just like in Tekken, this way you could see the exact moment a move recovers.

Ender for the midscreen 1,1,2 is probably just f.4 - Kano Ball. Got 37% with that ender midscreen, gravity scaling kicks in pretty hard at that point
 
Commander Kano has decent tool to work with. The only issue I see is Dedicated zoner, he has option from them but most reliable one would cost him meter. Which is'nt to bad considering he barley needs meter for respectable damage but I do think he want meter to cover his mistakes.

Yeah, i'm worried a little about that too. Especially a Shinnok with his flick of doom. Then again, if he had meterless ways around zoning, Commando would be the only option at mid to high level.

Made a combo video of all the ones I personally use when in cutthroat.
I know f4 can be replaced by 112, I just find the f4xxkanoball finisher a lot more reliable especially online.

Commando Kano 27% anti air 1 no meter
1, R/C 11, R/C 112~ENDER (Any of the command throws, or ball)

Timing really varies depending on when you hit them out the air. Sometimes you have to immediately R/C into the 11, and sometimes you have to delay it a bit like in the video.

Choke has a better hitbox for catching them but the command throws do more damage.

Mod screen combo 1 bar: 112 ex kanoball, cancel , dash forward, njp ,(strict timing) run cancel 3 2 , 112 command grab. 35% Corner meter less combo : b321 , njp ,32 112 command grab 38% (on smaller characters lik millena and Cassie the nip doesn't connect it's just 1% tho no big deal.

I was having a lot of trouble connecting the 112 after the 2nd b312. However, if you replace the 2nd b312 with 32, you have an eternity to connect the 112 and only lose 3% damage.
