The list is very lightly formatted now and organized, again very lightly, based on geographic location. Everyone who's location is unlisted I simply grouped together. This is VERY lightly done, simply East Coast, Central and West Coast. This game's netcode makes it perfectly possible for an East Coast player to have excellent games with a West Coast player, so please dont let the formatting discourage you from adding a wide number of people. It is simply there to try and interject some method to the madness and give new and old members a place to start when it comes to adding people, and help prevent people at the bottom of the list from simply not being added because people get tired/bored before reaching the bottom.

Who are we and why is this a thing that exists and whats the deal here?
We're players of all skill levels from all over the US and hopefully world, who want to get better at Inj2 with an eye towards competitive play. Ranked can be a crap shoot, from garbage connections to online tactics you'd never run in to in an offline environment, to just generally.. onlininess. Many of us want a structured environment where we can find and play people who take the game seriously and are genuinely trying to get better. That can be surprisingly tricky though, especially if you're trying to get experience against a wide range of characters.
We noticed that whenever someone posted requesting training partners, it seemed like a HUGE number of people would respond and all seemed really enthusiastic about finding people for regular sets who are interested in really exploring MUS , talking through sets and GETTING BETTER. Coaching one another and sharing tech, info and experience. Once we realized the demand was there, we realized there was no single place to go to find folks who wanted to train. They were spread out through multiple threads, or buried in threads about totally different topics. And so, the TGTN was born.
The idea here is to be able to find sets with like minded folks quickly and efficiently. Many of us are short on time and being able to just jump in and play – but play quality games – is worth its weight in gold. As a loose group we are dedicated to helping one another, regardless of skill level and skill disparity. Playing a set vs someone and tearing them up with a setup or specific piece of tech? Help them. We arent just about trying to take wins off each other, we're about becoming stronger players across the board. There are no hard rules, aside from not being an asshat and keeping an open mind. Salt is going to happen, its a fighting game.. but try to keep it reasonable, not personal and no whining – improve, dont whinge.
Lastly, why arent we on Discord? Well, first, TYM is a forum community, and keeping things forum centric is important for all of us. Not just to support TYM and the TYM community, but because the format here allows others to easily and cleanly parse discussion and have conversations back and forth. I may be discussing, say, Manta vs Batman or something with someone in the network and a third party reads the back and forth and is able to give advice to one or both of us. Discord just doesn't allow this as easily and cleanly as TYM does, as well as having the rest of the TYM community and ENORMOUS knowledge base just a click away. We have pro players regularly reading the forums and we may attract insights and advice from some of the best players on the planet.

No applications or anything required to join. We arent anything extremely organized, just a loose group of people with similar goals. Just dont be an asshole - want to get better and be willing to play games and to HELP other members of the network. If you're mauling the other guy, dont just smile smugly and walk away with your Ws, try to help the other player. Talk to each other and discuss the games. GIT GODDAMN GUD.
