So...Cassie's ex flip kick being safe means nothing? I mean, if one of the tempest spin's advantages cited above is that it requires "character specific punishes," shouldn't the fact that Cassie's kick has no punishers count in its favor?

The main issue with Cassie's flip is the shitty hitbox, however if someone is jumping in at you, you can AA for free with it so it's not bad.

It's most likely EX Flip and EX Spin being best.

It's not actually 0 on block. The frame data is wrong as is the damage data. If you look, it says it does 0 damage. It's actually -7 I believe.

Honestly I think EX Punchwalk might be the best EX move in the game thinking about it more. If not the best in general definitely the best reversal. Safe on block, wouldn't need Stamina to convert off of it with anybody, builds decent meter, does solid damage itself, can AA. Damn thing is fucking good and probably why Goro has so many flaws, scared of Punchwalk dominating to much.

So Cassie, because of EX Flip Kick, has a 50/50 that blows up wakeup and is safe on block in the corner. KL Spin is Full combo punishable, Cassie's flip is not. Cassie's flip does all the good things KL spin does, but is faster and safe on block (save for the corner)
