If Smoke had 3-5% more on his combos, he'd be broken.

i must say, for quite a while i was under the impression Smoke was the weakest variation, but, seeing Korey display his mixups and making good use of his phase teleport to keep away and the slides to poke, i can see the potential of this variation. Also, there is the visual aspect, the smoke actually makes things harder to see.
