Rage arts have two bits of armor and I think Bryan's 121 makes the third hit trade, and in T7 if you trade you still get the ch properties, so Bryan gets a full combo as a trade off...

If you land the 12(1) in it they still get CH Juggled. So say I delay the 1 and they attack while we trade, I have enough time from most attacks that trade in that situation to recover and full combo them.
Sounds like Katarina might be for you man. She has all of that and they are all good. Her hopkick is one of the best with the most options after it too.

He has become a truly scary character, he must be top 5 surely. He's not like armor king where everything was just "good" and it made him top tier, everything has become great. Yea once Bryan gets going he's almost impossible to block now and pushing buttons gets you blown up into 100 CH's. There's a few characters that have everything and he's one. He has more of some stuff and less of others but he doesn't have any real "weakness" anymore. Qcb3 is life now. Godlike strong fast relatively safe low poke into 40% life on CH. Hard to think this version of the move will make it to consoles lol.
