I think the vast majority of players would like reasonable changes. Everyone agrees the invincibility frames on the regular teleport must be removed.

You're sounding incredibly biased the more and more I read. Tele whenever just because is moronic and not a well thought out mechanic, especially one for mobility in an NRS game. This isn't Marvel. Having to use one bar of stamina with tele will not kill the character in the slightest, you'll just have to think more on your approach or retreat tactics. Just look at Scorpion and his tele cancel except his cost two meters! One stamina would be fine for Tanya. She wants an easy way in or out, great but it needs to cost some stamina. Outside of this, I'm content with how she is and I hope this is all that's changed because her character design brings an interesting dynamic to the game. If all you Tanya players are not for tele causing stamina at the least then good luck with whatever NRS does choose to do to your character. You know their track record.

Safe? He has no safe strings a side from two which have slow startup. Hes overhead starter is punishable, most of hes specials even EX arent safe on block and have milion recovery frames on whiff.

I agree that silly does not mean "must be nerfed". I think the biggest concern wasn't so much this top 8, but what it means for the game if it happens again at evo.

Also, I don't think Kenshi has better footsies than Tanya, I think his footsie strings are better than Tanya's.

Tourneys are a good ad for the DLC characters that's probably why they are allowed in MKX and not in Smash

My issue is that most people don't want an adjustment thats fair, they want her completely destroyed.

Teleport probably could use a tweak such as removing the invincible frames but some of these ideas are extreme.

If the teleport gets fixed by way of requiring stamina, ex teleport should not require any. Otherwise, her ability to combo off of it is seriously hurt.

One thing is certain, NRS should balance the DLCs far more.
Fixing Tanya will be 100% useless if Predator and Tremor are broken as well.

*I would fix Tempest Lao, Liu Kang and Thundergod too, but that's another story ^^

At the very least there's some discussion now that DLC characters shouldn't be allowed to compete so early.

Everyone's so worried about the character being overnerfed because of panic. Well, maybe we shouldn't let characters completely wreck majors because they're allowed in waaaaaay too early, and THEN we wouldn't have to worry about that.

As of now she completely cheats the combo breaker system the rest of the cast needs to deal with. I've taken soooo much freaking damage knowing how costly it is to have almost zero mobility after a breaker.

While I agree completely, I'm just wondering what caused the change of heart? iirc you were the one who pioneered the 'tele should cost stamina' idea so wondering why you changed your mind. This is not meant as a blow up, it's a legitimate question so that others can come around to your point of view.
