i just did it.... you can't slide them if you are late on reacting ... but once sub is in the slide animation he won't' get hit.

hell... goto practice... use quan chi and make sub the p2. set wakeup attack to on.... throw skulls... he'll not get it with them on armor at all. they just whiff over his head.

this has been discovered to be false because of wakeup invincibility.

No its just inconsistent and at times seems full on random. For example Sub Zero can slide under Sheeva's unduckable fireball but not Mileena's duckable sais.

Can Subby slide under Scorpion's Spear and Freddy's Glove Toss?

I can confirm sub can slide under nightwolf's arrow scorpion's spear and kenshi's flurry. I have done that many times. Actually when I fight with nightwolf or kenshi I'm waiting for those moves to punish them with slide.
