Its seems to have invul frame while she in the mist but not invul frames on the start up... does this move even have an use?

1 frame startup, and invuln mid startup would make it pretty easy to escape being pressured.

its startup being only 1 frame would make its vulnerability pretty irrelevant though wouldnt it?

if youre getting meaty on wake up you're going to get bodied. no reason to do it out of pressure you can just ex rekka

To make it better it should have; invul on start up, a backwards hitbox for a possible combo(may be over the top" go back further.
