The German Gamestop offers an exclusive special edition for MK11, which comes with the Kold War skin and also a steelcase. All for 70 euros. That's what I'll be getting, since it's a decent deal with the steelcase. As for now the German Amazon also offers the game for 70 euros, but without the extras. I do expect the price to drop to 60 euros before the game is released, so if you want to save some money...

2. I am upset and butthurt, that Russian Slav Gopniks get a cool ass Kold War skin for Skarlet, but I as a German don't get Baraka in classic German leatherpants.

Unfortunately that is unlikely, given how the customization on the top of her head is tied to the skin. At least it was with the reveal build skins for her.

Well, partially. You can change the mask with gear but the headpiece is tied the skin. Check out UltraChenTV's Character customization video for some more clarity about the customization and to see for yourself. That's the video I'm getting my information from. I might have poorly articulated what I'm trying to say, so that should hopefully clear some stuff up for you.
Even so, without the mask she would look really good. I can look past the hat. It also looks like she has a longer hairstyle under the hat? Love it
