If you didn't know, Cowboy is notorious for downplaying Sinestro. That's why he says Bats and DD is 7-3

This is fair. Also pretty NRS with sugar on top make it so you have to press forward to block Axe of Terror when it returns from the ground to Sinetro's ring. It is coming from behind after all. Also unnerf the pushblock tech plz. I think this will maybe make Sinestro maybe low mid tier.

I think he should also have full armor on his MB bolt of zeus that way it is not completely useless.
