Well the Xbox one update came out finally and the patch notes changes are as below

•Shinnok – Away + 3 (Shin Kick) is now towards + 4 and he has a new away + 3 (Devious Heel)
•Shinnok – Can now enhance Hell Sparks & Hell Blast on block.
•Shinnok (Impostor) – Now steals Dash Punch from Jax instead of Ground Pound.
•Shinnok (Necromancer) – Can now control the location of Judgment Smash & Judgment Fist.

Going through the changes in detail, this stops Shinnok from being able to do 100%+ combos on Jax
The controlling of the location of Judgement smash and fist are situated around the enemy character not your own.

The 2 new groundbreaking buffs to Shinnok is his new normal back 3 and his enhancing hell sparks on block


Devious Heel (Back 3)
This is now Shinnok's only overhead normal, which is why this buff is so strong. Shinnok has always been criticized for not having any overheads, but with the addition of this move Shinnok is a much more powerful force to be reckoned with. The move comes out at 18 frames and is -11 on block so although it is a good addition to his kit it is still a punishable move. In the corner this normal can lead to 35% combos.

New Enhanced Hell Sparks (Down Back 2 + Block)
You can now Enhance Hell Sparks on block. Doing this leaves you at an advantage of 24 frames. This is really strong and would allow for any follow up of Shinnok's choosing. A nice set up you can do now is any string into "Hell Sparks" and meterburn on the first spark and then into his new back 3 or his new forward 4.
