I still don't understand how Black Adam isn't still a 7-3. This MU is awful in my eyes. And yes I play good shazam players and I almost don't have to try.

I've played some compotent BA's and I don't struggle, It's not that bad. 7-3 would be going overboard no doubt, 4-6 at worse if we could prove it was not in Shazams favour.

like i said, i dont know or care about the situation, im just stating why most people underestimate zoning and this kind of block and dash projectiles. the projectile can come now or never. just eliminating misconceptions.

Dash and block is easier against some then others. It works well someone like AM and KF, not so well against someone like Sinestro or DS.

I mean online shazam does a little better cause its harder to punish everything correctly but offline this MU is awful. He's a character that has to get in on arguably the best runaway character in the game. The only thing not abysmal is that Adam doesn't punish torpedo all the time because of spacing. He can't deal with lighting or divekick well and he relies on Oki when Adam has some of the best wake ups in the game.

Dash and block is easier against some then others. It works well someone like AM and KF, not so well against someone like Sinestro or DS.

thats because sinestro and deathstroke arent dash and block characters, theyre designed to catch you dashing and are more lenient in their - frames

adding to that, shazam cannot do anything vs mb divekick as a reversal to the torpedo other than block, backdash is GGs into 48%
and mb lightning on wakeup teleport hits shazam.

I guess when shazam has no tools for getting in all we can do is throw out risky Torpedo's so you could be right here, anyway you can get games recorded or something?
I'd just personally like to see you mess up shazam for fun lol.

Next time I get a chance I'll play vs our local shazam on stream or see if someone I play can record. Derptile was one of the best shazam players before he quit and I usually won 8-2 per 10 games. EGP Wonder_Chef knows how bad this is too cause SoCal has some good BA's as well.

Fair enough, I swear Wonder Chef was saying before patch it was even, it couldn't have got any better after XD

I'm curious to hear why you think Lobo vs Shazam is in Lobo's favor. I've had it pegged as a 5-5, even after the massive list of buffs Lobo received.

I agree I think people forget that sha-zam also got buffs!

Well up close, shazam doesn't have answer for her pressure, He can't catch her if she has the life lead while if he has the life lead he can't teleport all day, we can just throw a ground Mace toss,maybe MB it to get close, we can get close pretty fast with WE(3), we can zone him with aereal straight mace tosses on low flight and the start up of his projectile doesn't help against that.
And i have played GAMETIME & InFusion who are great Shazams. And both agree that it's a losing mu. I actually has 7-3 potential

It's NOT in Lobo's favour I said before, I've been playing PND_Ketchup and his Lobo, didn't get a huge amount of games in but we can say that it's 5-5, Shazam has pressure on Lobo right up close which Lobo can't handle too well, where as with Nuclear Shells Lobo can play the keep away game for some time having nearly full screen projectiles with high damage.

Hey I'm not flaming, I just spent 20 mins reading this thread and I just don't get how pig can come across as a cool guy in the podcasts and a complete control freak asshole on TYM. I feel bad you been shitted on, but bravo for maintaining a good composure throughout.

Nuclear shells are a big plus not against Shazam but the whole cast. I think Shazam has better mobility than Lobo an the two are about even when they are up close, though Lobo has the edge on raw damage. There's a really good Shazam from Brazil on XBL, il have to try and find out who it is.

Basically unless you're 1 of 5 people here on TYM, don't even think about posting a single thing and just ask Admin to erase your account now as you contribute zero to anything.

Thanks for the first comment there, I always seem like he's a nice guy in podcasts and various things but I see him put alot of people down in threads still.
He's done it to me WAY WAY Back too when I was first on the site.

Up close though Shazam has better tick throws, Lobo doesn't have great tick throws and you can't hit confirm a tick throw from B2U1
I think because of some of Shazams faster strings he holds a slight advantage on pressure up close, but ultimately can be pushed out a fair bit by Nuclear shells, and doesn't have a SOLID advantage when in anyway.

haha it's so true, There's not many people who can post without getting blown up, I have to prove myself because I don't live in the US and obviously can't be on alot of the streams playing and winning tournaments there.
I haven't won any tournaments here though as I've never been to one except for one that was Pre release of the game, Not until November, which I hope to prove Shazam is tournament worthy and has decent MU's but none the less I can't post without being "1 of 5 people" for sure hahaha.
