It's hard to tell since he does D2, but what if the laugh debuff made it so that you would get a guaranteed Krushing Blow if you hit a move that does it?

There he is. That's the character I'm starting the game with. He is so badass.

And he fucking hammers your own head out of your asshole. I couldn't ask for anything more. That anti-air grab into launch. UNFFFFF. I just keep watching the trailer and seeing new things.

Kahn's arena stage looks amazing, as does the other new stage shown here.

The only thing that could make this better is if it were the original voice actor.

doesnt appear he has his uppercut hammer move. His spear moves make up for it though

 

Taunt effect. No idea what the green fire does. Those are some serious recovery frames, though. You won't be tossing out taunts in the neutral, that's for damn sure.

He looks great, but somehow he doesn't seem like a convincing threat anymore. He always seemed more powerful during the 2D Era, didn't he? More imposing.

His playstyle is exactly what I was after in this game. Not only that but he looks and sounds better than he ever has.
