MK1 is the best MK period.
I have a few different routes off this starter. I have a route with meter as well but it's not worth it unless it's to kill or brutality swag on players.

Finally decided to learn Sindel. Got a pretty swaggy unnecessary morf combo with Shang into form steal. My left thumb is not happy.

How hard are you all on the dpad?

I use an elite series 2 on xbox and the dpad is literally metal

Optimalish meterless BNB of F4 with fatal blow?

Late to the reply for sure I rummage the thread every so often because I like to be as optimal as possible; but this is what I found. I couldn't make it stronger but hey no meter involved.

Edit: Even the little things I like labbing he doesn't get crazy damage when you're in an intense match so just geting this helps.

Had a lot of fun and frustration making this since I only have a vague idea what I'm doing with a few characters. If anybody is interested here's a morph combo video that I've been working on for a bit.

I don't usually try to come up with my own combo routes, but I haven't seen these situational ones covered before.

I don't know what to do with scorp is it just flashy because I'm not really seeing too much damage do I have to learn Kameleon then?

I know the more ground skulls you do the harder it scales, this just doesn't seem worth the effort.

Had some to to lab it out properly so heres shang 1 bar morph into combo continuation,without kameo usage from his standard optimal bnb.

F4121xxdf1,s4xxdf1,s4xxdf1,f4xxdb1EX,dbf1,df1,Morph....

After this depending on the character you can continue,with mileena for example its 1xxroll into ender,scorpion can 1xx spear into ender.

The combo is very stric and the key is keeping hight during both s4 parts,doing them rather early and perfect input dbf1 abd df1 so they are done immidetlly when available(a bit tricky as this game has non existent buffering).

I want to make my combos longer but I can't really hit more than 2 regular far ground skulls consistently full screen(skill issue with age) after up kameo. I've tried triple skulls into up kameo but it's inconsistent with up kameo any suggestions? I'm trying to hit someone online with this.

I tried this against shao and tried to morf into axe buff into knee after the 2nd df1ex and it's to tight the most I can get is s1 into knee. Maybe b3 3+4 could catch. But can someone post any flashy combos that are actually doable online? This combo is doable but I don't like scorp he doesn't help much outside of combos.

Maybe some updated goro combos?

seeing alot of characters getting insane damage off of Goro. I'm just going to assume that this will be toned down in the next couple patches just like every other new kameo and character.

Yeah the scaling will be increased, 100% sure of it,i just hope they dont over do it,and make it not worth spending full kameo bar all at once with a decently long cooldown.

They shouldn’t tone this down at all he’s using the whole meter same thing as when someone calls 2 assist to get 50 percent their spending their whole meter

Ohh trust me i got no problem with it staying and any character can use it pretty much equally as effective.

To compliment the B223 low:

B22~K, 2(Ferra overhead), 4~DF1(old form), 4~DF1, F4~DF1, B1~DB3 (401 damage)

Or the Ferra Low

B22~K, 3(Ferra low), 4~DF1, 4~DF1, F4~DF1, B1~DB3 (401 damage)

BNB, kinda tight though:

F4121~K, 3(Ferra Low), 4~DF1, 4~DF1, F4~DF1, B1~DB3(422 damage, 412 off F412)

You can combo from Ferra low slide full screen, just run up and do old F3 or F4 into ground skull loop, get like 330 damage pretty easily. Same thing off overhead from range, using old F3. Might have to settle for less damage of the real max range.

Ferra Yoyo toss is +15 or so on block. Testing against Li Mei, this was a frame trap into EX ground skull from full screen. Couldn't jump out, dash out, etc.

If you do Shang's normal BNB combo, you'll get like 30% of a super meter bar. If you hit confirm into it and summon Ferra "Lackey Variation", she'll cheer you on and you'll get like 50% of a bar. For a character like Shang with longer combos, it should be easy to take advantage of the extra meter gain. Also goes well with zoning.

You can do Old Man Air Skull right in their face and then go into Ferra Jump Punch and get a full combo, while being safe on block, no gap. Though they can flawless block the NJP to make it unsafe.

If you are godlike and do instant air young skull, you can cancel it into Torr stance jump punch for a full combo. Or just simply do a late fireball after a jump for the same result.

BF1(Air), K, 1(Ferra Jump Punch), 4~DF1(form change), 4~DF1, F4~DF1, B1~DB3 (381)

In general, it seems like Air Torr stance can be a nice tool with Shang because of his air specials that allow him to change his jump arc and whatnot.

With new goro, shang can do 565 meterless midscreen combo

F4121xxdbf1(form change so straight skulls come out) up+kameo,f+kameo,s4(form change),s4,s4xxdf1,s4xxdf1,f4××df1,f4xxdb3
Update:after the shadow nerfs this combo now does 495
