The chart by Prinzmetal is excellent. Are there more like it, or any frame data as detailed, on any other characters? If so, please point me. I'd appreciate it.

I have a question Somberness, does the execution frames on the upskull refer to the frames it takes for the skull to hit a standing opponent, or the frames it takes to leave Shangs hands and become active?
