I guess if you want to turn him into a monster with a scythe arm, then yeah, all bets are fucking off. Should've just gone Manbat if that's what they wanted to do.

Dude with a mask is possibly the worst way you could describe him. You're looking at him on the surface and not even looking at literally anything else he can do.

Is one of the things he can do turn into a monster?

no doubt there's a terrible plot contrivance that turns a guy in a mask into hook hand jack skellington and you are on board, but that's like saying Krypto's in the game because there's a character that's a sherman tank and every now and again it barks.

Other "adjetive characters" shown are versions wearing gear we know about, so probably that mask is just gear.

It will be interesting if this scarecrow is more monster-ish because he's a zombie, it's been mentioned and shown multiple times in the injustice comic that he died during during the first event (when Joker was gathering the tools to trick Superman).

yeah, murdered by Joker has been a pretty consistent message in the comic, so I'm sure there's some Lazarus Pit related hijinks to explain why he's taller than batman, has chest spikes, and is missing chunks of flesh.

why even bother? The second you bring a guy back from being 5 years dead you stop having to play by logical rules.

Remember how Jax stopped being undead and just walked out of hell in MKX because someone hit him in the head really hard?

If you have a problem with people who die in comics not really being dead, then give up on them altogether
