Also, this is a VERY funny post from Pig in the hut at what happened at Evo between him and Tom Brady:
Ive been getting a lot of people asking me to clarify what happened here so I thought id explain only to clear things up. I feel bad about it but it's all water under the bridge.
Ok so Friday night after Evo I was extremely impressed with Denzel Terry's Sub and when asked in the van (which had about 10 people in there) who was i most impressed with today I said:
"No Question Denzel, he came out of nowhere and made into the top 8 with the bad ass Sub Zero," I continued with "He's got the best sub zero in the business."
At this point Tom goes off on me and says how could i say denzel has the best sub, i dont know what i'm talking about, etc etc etc so i said ok fine then show me your sub.
At Silent's time share we turn on the recorder (Silent has all these videos recorded now) and we fire up MK9 and Tom wins first 2 and shit talks all day and night
then
i win next 2 and show him im just as capable with the shit talking and possibly better at it
then i win the next one with a Flawless Victory and tom gets up leaves room and goes to bed leaving a trail of salt on the floor, So it's over right? No...
Tom keeps telling me all weekend how denzel is going to get blown up, and i joked with him about it but tom was pretty offended i didnt say his was the best, so in the top 8 Denzel never picks Sub Zero and get BODIED by PL and then after the match tom yells out really loud 4 rows behind me
"Pig you dumb ass, i told you your boy denzel would get blown up, pig you're an idiot and don't even know what you're talking about fucking idiot"
So I stand up and yell back at the top of my lungs
"Denzel still has the best sub, and his ass made it the top 8 unlike yourself so maybe if you'd read your fucking guide you wouldnt let me flawless victory your sub zero on video **i flip the bird at this point***, crowd goes nuts and starts chanting pig." (i left out some profanity here that i most likely added in response)
Tom yells back his kung lao beat my mileena 5-1
and i said Yes he did....admitting it because thats not what this is even about
At this time security runs over to me and threatens to throw us both out so we realize at that point we've interrupted evo and i instantly felt bad about it because the top 8 isnt about me and it was rude....HOWEVER NEVER will i let anyone try to play me or make me look like an idiot when they're dead wrong.
Tom and i instantly talked afterwards, we apologized to each other...water under the bridge and we're cool.
I love that guy and our friendship, it did add hype to the whole event so I hope in the end it was more positive than negative. Again all i was doing was defending myself as i would do against anyone at any time, i cherish our friendship and all he has done for the community.
SHOUT OUT TO DR DOGG putting out a $100 money wager on Tom vs Pig however never in a million years will Tom try to play my mileena again with Sub. If he does i accept that bet Dr dogg **SIDE NOTE, that was funny as hell when you yelled that!
