Rare Xbox 360 Elite...Is this legit?

I didn't want to make a new thread regarding pretty much the same topic of the $1,000,000 PS3 on eBay, but I figured, I paid my premium here, ha, j/k

But anyway, I seen this Xbox 360 Elite on eBay, now, I'm not a 360fan but I do stay some what up to date on console gaming and I have never seen this until now, Thought it was possibly not legit, idk, tell me what you know.
