just havnt had much time lately gonna do one more goodbye episode and call it quits. Gonna try and start a new video thing called Dink Labs that gives various quan tips...kinda a win win to help the community and help myself research

Found an answer online via dude92128:

"When you do EX ground burst, it's an unblockable attack that puts the opponent in stagger state. When in stagger state all you can do is block the next attack. The EX ground burst puts the opponent in stagger state long enough for Quan to hit them with the same string again. Therefore, there's no way of getting out of this without breaker."

Just imagine every time in that classic '60s song that they say "Wooly" (which is about 100x) you overlay Quan Chi's "Woolay!" instead. "'Woolay!' Bully. 'Woolay!' Bully." These are the kinds of thoughts that kept me out of the really good schools.
