Combo List - Quan Chi Quan Chi Combo Thread (Remastered)

Oh maaaan, the Summoner section needs the XL updating!
These are my 2 cents into it:


The notations:
B2xxSkull, Bat (LR2), 4, 4xxEx Trance, Bat Summon,f2122, 4, Bat (LR2), NJP, 141 =50%
B32xxSkull, Bat (LR2), 4, 4xxEx Trance, Bat Summon, f2122, 4, Bat (LR2), NJP, 141 =48%
I found these to be the most practical and damaging corner 1 bar combos with a loaded bat from his 50/50 starters post XL patch

Same combo but with f212 starter does 50% as well

If you start it with a s4 ( which is inpractical:)) well, maybe only as a punish)
It does 52%

They aren't situational at all, they all come out of Quan's set play and can be set up by either doing ex trance, bat summon,s4 at the end of the combo, or getting them high enough with you corner combo to get meterless trance to guarantee the bat summon, s4.
Also you can always do it in the Oki. Like when you end any corner combo with 141, then do the guaranteed bat summon and if the opponent doesn't wake up, or you block his wake up- bam! -you hit him with one of these)

I didn't mean it as it's not practical at all, it is. By situational I meant that you need a bat out to do it (Almost all your combos end in 141, so it's very likely.)

is someone with more experience than i have able to confirm that the warlock/variationless combos still work if you just replace b2 for f4, since that's the new overhead? i can never tell if my inability to do things has to do with my own scrubbiness or changes to moves/frames.

Yes just replace it. His new overhead is F4, the only difference is that you can't do the long range overhead using B2 anymore. You have to be close now to hit his new overhead F4.
