Purchased Season Pass, can't download Scarlet

I cleared my system cache, restarted my xbox, and I'm still given error 80153016 when I try to confirm the download of scarlet. Anyone know what's going on?

i deleted my season pass, and redownloaded it... now it won't even say that skarlet is free... costs 1200 more points... wtf is going on with this?!

I'm getting the same thing!! I already paid 1200 points and now skarlet costs another 1200? I'm waiting out this error, but its frustrating because I was so stoked on trying her out=/

Did you download the season pass in the Mortal Kombat menu on the disc and not on the marketplace? Description says to make sure to download it on the DLC menus on the MK disc.

Glad i'm not the only one. I'm not even attempting to pay 1200 more points... A: because there are no refunds, and B: Knowing NRS's stellar record, I'll probably get the same error as i mentioned in my OP. NRS... FIX THIS!!!

Downloaded the pass in-game, and then tried to download skarlet from the extras menu in-game, and it says she costs 1200 points =/

I tried doing it both ways, with system cache clears, deleting the season pass from the hard drive, and restarts in between each attempt.

I filled out the online contact form on NRS's website describing the issue, as I can't get any type of phone number to call. We can probably set up a pool on how long it will take them to respond. Anyone want in on the action?

Wow this is fucking stupid, and I'm highly pissed at NRS right now. Bought the Season Pass for 1200 MSP in the game's Downloadable Content section, and now it's saying Skarlet is 1200 points...wtf...

Fuck it, I'm going to PSN.

Same problem as everyone else, I contacted Microsoft to see if they could help me with the issue but they couldn't do anything they said hopefully in the next few hours but possibly the next 24 hours, apparently there is alot of maintenance work going on, on the live marketplace so who knows.

Yup ... and still doesn't work. And I wonder what will happen to all those folks that don't order from the content store and instead order from xbl first ... does NRS just plan on making them pay twice? NRS needs its development team overhauled, clearly they have far too many inept individuals pushing things through.

Well a birdie told me they are trying to fix some issues with the compatiblity pack letting users have access to Skarlet so hang tight. they are working on fixing stuff, not ruining it.

Well hopefully they fix it soon, because they are making being an MK/NRS fanboy very difficult. I don't know how much longer I can blindly support them, and defend them when they keep f'ing stuff up. Like I said in a previous thread, they love to take one step forward and then one step right back. The patch was great (minus some minor issues) and now they botch their first dlc toon. lol
