Ji1 as an oki option is hard to deal with.
Use s1, 11 and 111 more in neutral. 11 has like 4 recovery frames so you can almost always just throw it out for funsies.
Don't 221 so much because the last hit has a gap, unless its specifically to punish something unsafe on block. Using 11 in close range works better.
When you use 1 or 11 on block, throw in a grab sometimes after just s1.
You can duck almost all projectiles with low chakram, you have almost no reason to straight chakram unless you wanna AA with it full screen.
Your b1 spacing on whiff was a little off. When you were right on it, it looked beautiful. But sometimes you missed and I saw you throw out b14. In that range, always do b123. It is forward advancing, last hit can hit backdashers and its like -2 iirc.
Also, max range f2~low chakram or just low chakram mixups. Not enough people use it.
And 112 is a dope mixup since the last two hits can armor break and the last hit is a low that is cancelable...so you can do flip kick instead if you so choose. Be careful tho because 112 is unsafe at close range, it has deceptive lateral coverage tho and is semi safe at max range.
