I tried picking her up and messing with her but she just seems so difficult to use.

She's a unique playstyle than the other characters in the game I've found. She's also, in my opinion (and NRS' ) the most technically difficult character to play. If you want to learn Skarlet, strap in 'cause it's gonna be a bumpy road my friend.

Thanks for posting - I was wondering if you were using a bar of meter to hit the 37%! Well-said explanation of why you use standing 1 over F4.
