Maybe the challenge is to re-create the MKDA opening movie with Quan and Shang on Liu? That would be sick... I would play that OVER AND OVER AND OVER again! Then another one where you can kill Kang with Raiden like at the end of MK9? These are the things that dreams are made of...

My problem is that he's a generic Bruce Lee wannabe. It's also that I just love to hate the character. If he was more interesting and had different moves, powers and interactions...he'd be a different character, LOL.

I don't think he'd be a different character, just an improved one.

I mean, he'd still be Liu Kang, they'd just fill the personality and design gaps in without changing the core.

It might be Kang but everything is too blurry. That Jax/Bow dude pic is much clearer in comparison to this .
It's like that Mileena statue in the other pic, we're trying to squeeze out info atm... Soon everything will be official (Hopefully a demo release too?)...

I'm hype about this. I have always liked Liu Kang. He has notoriously been a pocket character of mine throughout the years. If Kung Lao is back, might as well bring Liu back also. I was kinda hoping Liu Kang remained disfigured from those burns he had when Raiden laid him out.
