It does give EB some extra mid screen options but in all honesty, SOS (stand off stance) 4 and 3 follow ups, Marksman does better with long shot and unload respectively.
SOS AA is nice and all, but EB naturally already has access to several AAs. That being said, SOS > 2 (AA) does have a sweet range on it and is now doing 10% raw (more than his other AAs) We will see how it plays out.
The most unique option that Gunslinger provides is coin flip/money shot, allowing EB to pin folk down mid-screen - works well in conjunction with caltrops and you can change the range, close, medium and far.

Combo potential is there but heavy scaling kicks in once you hit the 20 mark - even with enhanced it's difficult to break 30%. Still, less meter spent on combos means more meter for his wake up slide!
