Haven't seen his matches in YT. But it would be awesome to see how were his matches against good players at Evo.

Idk if this is common knowledge or not but considering I have only seen 2 other people do it (both were Geras) I would assume not? After Noob's F2, 2, 1 gets blocked, you can flawless block some moves, especially D1's, afterwards for a combo. I was able to flawless block Scorpions Spear Twirl move with it. Hope this helps. And if you guys already knew that then ignore me lol.

I'm not surprised.

The character is good and is a problem for alot of the top characters. He can contest with a 9 frame mid.
Good for him though. Too bad we didn't see him on stream...... or maybe its a good thing so Noob can stay here under that radar.

I think the sudden popularity of Cassie really discourages picking Noob. She punishes his best tools super easily from almost all ranges for a full combo. It's a shame because Noob Saibot is one of the absolute best designs in this game. I think Noob should stay as is especially if everyone in the S tier gets normalized. The thing is, there's not really a selling point when it comes to Noob. Cassie does what he does, just better and completely safe

I must have missed those. The only Noob I saw was a literal Noob and throwing raw teleports against an already blocked and turtling opponent.

She doesn't dole out damage like he can, but everything else is spot on.

I disagree. In my opinion, Noob loses to most of the top tier characters. I have been following the competitive Mortal Kombat 11 scene closely for the past four months and I honestly cannot recall the last time I saw a high level Noob player, as rare as they are now days, beat a competent Cassie, Geras, Sonya, etc. player. Perhaps Toxin at EVO? But there is a reason Chris G and Honey Bee switched to Scorpion and Cassie respectively.

As far as b+1,1+3 is concerned, the move is very good, but the top tier characters have much safer albeit less damaging options so their 9 frame mid strings are better.

I personally think in the current state Cassie deletes Noob. 10-0 Cassie Cage.

However, I do not think the rest of the top of the cast can punish his b1, which lets him counter poke with b1 and create space. I don't think they really stop Noob from doing his things.
We can probably agree to disagree there. It is tough to say when great players do not use him.

I know you've moved on from him because he doesn't fit your style and that sucks tbh.

I think making b1 string safe would be a very big boon to him. I didn't at first but I was wrong.

that right, f1 from Geras is 11 frames?

Cassie can literally just run away from Noob and he legit has no answer. LK actually has to play strike/throw against you. Cassie doesn't, and when she does.. her buttons are 10x that of Noobs.

Well, b+1 is safe on block against every character, but I was referring to b+1,1+3, which cannot be hit-confirmed. Plenty of top tier characters punish b+1,1+3 on block when not performed at max range.

Mid screen Bnb became even more powerful. He easily is heavy hitter number 1 now.
49% two bar mid screen bnb punish lmao. Sickening
